New home/ Christmas pressie

My dsis is moving house in December. She’s had a really tough few years and I want to get her something for Christmas that’s marks a new home and a new start. Her family is everything to her and I would describe her style as fairly modern, which I’m not at all. Any ideas would be appreciated. Budget £30 to £50 ish Thanks

What about a Silver tree decoration personalized with the year and a little message like “new beginning”

I would get her a beautiful Xmas decoration that she can reuse every year.

I've got a friend in a similar position and I've commissioned a small, custom painting of her new house from a seller on Etsy - it was £50 including the frame. You can include a caption (e.g. "First Christmas at [address]', or 'To New Beginnings'). Lots of artists doing similar things in different styles - worth a look!
