Will also get a board game, a cactus, sweets and chocolate
What else can I get? It feels far from exciting so far!

Sounds pretty exciting to me. Stuff gets more expensive at this age, so I don't think they can expect loads of things like they might have done when they were younger.

My DS is 14 and absolutely the only thing he wants is PS4 games. After a huge amount of prompting he suggested my parents buy him a hoodie (my parents like clear instructions for presents and don't "do" tech or tech related, which makes it harder) but really he's not that fussed about clothes. He has loads of books he hasn't read and we have a bookcase full of board games we hardly ever play so not buying any more of them!!
The only other bits on my list are headphones and Lynx toiletries.

(So I've been no help at all, just sharing my pain!)

I have bought my 13 yesr old ds a super car driving experience, a hoodie, rucksack and a superdry tshirt so far. Will also probably get him some books and a board game

DS 13 just wants basketball shoes this year.
However a new XBox game is bound to appear. Unexciting really as these days it's just a code.
I'll get some Lego technic for him as he's never quite ready to leave it behind.
He also enjoys those Haynes Manuals so I'm getting one for Zombie Survival.

Can 13 yo do driving experiences @vintagenurse - DS is car mad. Can you tell me which one you've got?
