My baby will be 7 months at Christmas and wondering what kind of toys she will enjoy and will help her learn!

Thanks!

Touchy feely books
Shape sorter
Anything with lights or noise
Musical instruments (rattles, rainmaker, bells)
Wrist and ankle rattles
Play mat for tummy time
Cuddly night light toy
Soft bodied doll - newborn baby Annabelle (has a rattle inside)
Teething toys
Soft skittles with rattles inside (they are usually animal themed but can buy gruffalo ones, ect)

Bath toys
One of the toys with a suction base for the high chair

We had a wooden cube that had activities on each side to sit on the floor and play with. Then we put a few books in the cube to weigh it down, as it had a bead frame on top. Ours learned to stand by pulling up whilst holding onto the bead wires.

Fisher Price also have “tables” that you could put on the floor to play with or add legs for them to learn to stand at.

Between 7-12 months they really develop so much, so have some toys to grow into.

Tomy hide and squeak eggs are a really good baby toy, only about a fiver too!

Stacking cups/blocks (for banging together and later stacking)

Activity triangle

Textured balls (Tiger sell balls which light up)

Vtech walker was probably the best thing I bought for my dd for Xmas at a similar age

My DD was 7 months last Christmas. My parents bought her an activity table which she LOVED. And still does ( except now she tries to climb on it...).

My DD is exactly 7 months now and loves her activity triangle, the hide and squeak eggs and a bell rattle thingy.

Little Tikes Activity Garden.

Glass of bubbly for yourself to enjoy in the bath with dd and a little bottle of bubbly bath for dd to enjoy in the bath with you Grin
(Not advocating drinking in the bath with baby)
