I have an empty fridge freezer, what shall I fill it with?

I picked up a fridge freezer yesterday to keep in the garage so we have enough storage space for Christmas. I just need to decide what to make ahead and fill it with now!

Any recipe suggestions for things that I can make now and will freeze well?

I definitely want to do Jamie's get ahead gravy and will probably make double quantity as family like to drown their roasts

I'm not the most proficient baker and usually have toddler DD under my feet so fairly easy recipe recommendations appreciated!

Thanks

I would do all the trimmings that take time and are popular at the main meal and buffets so pigs in blankets, stuffing balls, sausage rolls etc
Then mince pies, cookie dough to slice up and bake fresh (I did his last year and it was SUCH a hit)
I would also do some big tray meals like lasagne or cottage pie for the aftermath

Amazing Yorkshire puddings with freezing and reheating instructions www.saga.co.uk/magazine/food/cooking-tips/best-ever-yorkshire-pudding-recipe
Red cabbage can be made about a month in advance www.bbc.com/food/recipes/make-ahead_red_cabbage_13106
Stuffing freezes well – you can even freeze it in an oven dish, so once it's defrosted, you can pop the dish straight into the oven. Some people go so far as to cook the stuffing before freezing, so on the day it only requires warming up: a good idea when oven space is at a premium.
Brandy butter can be made now and frozen.
You can make gravy now and freeze and then just add the juices from your Christmas turkey to it before serving.
If you're making soup for starters, that can be made now and frozen.
Cauliflower cheese sauce can be frozen a month in advance.
If you've still got room in the freezer after that, then I'd highly recommend this recipe www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/fruit-recipes/winter-pudding-bombe/
