Homemade advent calendar ideas - husband

Hi, my husband has been just amazing this year, our first baby was born and he's just constantly been there for me, no questions at all, just everything I ever hoped for in a husband and dad. I want to put together a home made advent calendar, and I need ideas for what to put in it! Is anyone making advent calendars for the men in your lives? What are you putting in yours?

I bought a large selection of American chocolate bars, crisps, drinks, snacks etc... such as crystal Pepsi and La Croix.

Have done beer, cider, miniatures of rum (Master of Malt do tasting samples of things you can’t get as miniatures normally), mini toiletries like soap/shower gel. Also unusual sweets and he really likes energy bars made of dates and nuts etc, so a variety of them.

I leave some doors empty til the day before and put in perishable foods like favourite cakes, or pop in a little note with a clue where to find e.g. an ice-cream.

Mine like a practical stuff, so I included things like windproof lighter, keyring torch, useful small screwdriver type bits and bobs. New headphones (or a cable tidy for them). I've also done coffee syrups, mini puzzles, a memory stick, and notes that say we will do stuff/go somewhere etc.
