I spend every day seeing women in their 30s, 40s etc whose had a stroke and their big wish for Xmas is to walk again or talk or even swallow instead of being tube fed. That's why I'm saying people with "generous budgets" and "what shall I get for Xmas" need a reality check. Give your time volunteering to help another in life. That makes you feel better than some precious handbag.

Those yuyu things are the dogs...have just googled them. Going straight on my birthday list. Now to find someone who wants to know........

What a lovely dilemma op! By the time I’ve bought everyone else’s presents and all the foodstuff my budget is somewhere close to £0
Anyway if I had a generous budget I’d like:
Diamond or sapphire ring
A brand new mini (car!)
Quality boots/coat/handbag
Weekend away in luxury hotel
Not fussed about other expensive items so I’m quite easy to buy for really.

Tadpole that’s awful and life isn’t fair for many many people. However sometimes a bit of escapism help you through life and that’s what Christmas is all about.
