Slow cooker Mincemeat Recipes?

I've found a few on the 'tinternet but nothing that grabs me....anyone prepared to share their recipes?

creole Christmas cake and Christmas pudding fruit is soaking but mincemeat needs to be made too

Bumping in the hope someone might help?

The Delia Smith recipe is done in a very low oven (she swears you'll never buy mincemeat again) the solid fat melts and coats the fruit.
I made it once years ago, but not since.

I think I need to buy myself a slow cooker though .

Would Delia's recipe with less liquid work?
