Board games for adults

Can anyone recommend a board game that is suitable for adults but might not have made it to the US yet?

I have some American friends who love board games, and play weekly with friends, so I was hoping to find something new for them.

I’m not sure it’s possible

We love the following, but don't know if the haven't made it to the US:

• Scrawl
• Piss Artist
• Obama Llama
• Truth Bombs
