I am looking for one for my two youngest DC aged 2 and 3. Not too girly and preferably big enough for them to enough for years to come. I saw Groupon has some on offer but they don't shop to us in NI :(

What sort of price? Shire do some lovely timber ones. Unpainted so you can choose the colours

Ideally around 2/300 but could go to 400 if it was really lovely. I will check out shire now. Thanks!

We've had the Little Tikes country cottage for nearly 9 years and it is still going strong! Highly recommend it, unless you particularly want a wooden one.

Could you just get a shed with windows it'll be a similar price, decorate it inside as a playhouse. DD has a Ikea kallax unit, book case, couple of bean bags and fairy lights hanging up. When she out grows of it we can turn it into a teen hangout and eventually a storage area.

This one is cute for £200, it looks gray painted and with some flowers planted in the window box!

I have a timber one for my grandchildren which I painted myself in rainbow colours then added a carpet chairs and tables etc and put fairy lights on. I was really lucky as I got it for free from a local page and all I had to do was re felt the roof. Similar ones were around 300 to buy new.
