Looking for ideas for ds who will be 3 in November.

He already has a million vehicles, dinosaurs, play kitchen, easel, big tub of blocks, balance bike and various other ride ons

He loves The Incredibles and is starting to show interest in Marvel characters so thought about some action figures and a couple of dress-ups but other than that I'm stumped.

What are your little ones playing with?

Grow your own veggie garden. I've seen it in b and m and thought it was great. Also on amazon.

LaGruffaloGrumble would the ice cream truck be too young for my DS who will be 4 in January? I know he would like it but I always tend to "age up" with toys.

Ds is getting

Playmobil (top of his list)
A couple of Schliech sea life to add to the collection
A couple of Holztiger animals to add to the collection
A new train for his train set
Jigsaws
A couple of board games (Orchard/Haba and Drei Magier Spiele)
A mini bee keeping outfit so he can help his Granddad with the bees (or least have a closer look)
More wooden food for his kitchen/play house
Books

@Cutesbabasmummy DD is 4.5 and still loves playing with it daily, counting the scoops and whatever else. She tends to use the cards which give you an ‘order’ you have to fulfil so it’s a bit more challenging ish. I think your DS would be fine if it’s aomething he’d be into anyway. My two are obsessed with play food - we have picnic baskets, cookie jars, coffee machines and goodness knows what else and it’s a much-loved part of those kind of games.

Also if you have a Costco it’s currently £35 in there (I just picked one up for a friend who’s giving it to her DD for her birthday).

We have the ice cream cart and dd (will be around Christmas) ignores it. I think we must be in the minority though, given all the wonderful reviews for it. She finds it frustrating that the ice cream falls off the cone every five seconds. If it wasn’t for that I think she might play with it more.
