I put in my M&S Christmas food order the other day. Plumped for a turkey crown, serving 5-6 and 4 adults and a toddler. This has now changed to 20 adults and 4 children so need to change it for a bigger one. I looked online, no way to change it. Did their live webchat help thing and was told that you have a 30 min window to change an order after you've placed it and after that, you can't.
So I can alter my sainsburys delivery up until 21pm the night before it's due, but my M&S delivery, which I pick up on the 23rd December, can't be changed 2 months in advance?
