Breakfast blend tea from Fortnums - worth it?

Just that really! DM is starting to get a taste for really nice tea rather than just bog standard bags from Aldi so thought I'd treat her to something really special for Christmas! Is this tea worth the price? Or can anyone recommend another luxury brand of tea?

Love F&M. It really is good tea, and you can get it in cute tins. Or the boxes aren't that much more than supermarket top brands.

I'd do a couple of different ones eg Darjeeling or Ceylon as they feel a bit more special. But yes F&M is a lovely gift.

Most of our tea is from F&M and it is lovely. We now buy it loose as there are only so many tins I can store but I am not going back to Supermarket brands.

As a Gift, definitely worth the price.

I drink F&M tea & wholeheartedly agree that it is worth the price. At the risk of sounding like a total snob...once you begin drinking loose leaf tea, anything from a teabag tastes rank.

Agree that purchasing a few different types would be a lovely gift idea so that she can try different types and create her own blend. I make my own blend: 2 teaspoons of Assam, 1 of Ceylon. It is THE perfect tea blend (in my humble opinion Grin). DH originally bought F&M tea for me around 10 years ago and bought each loose tea in it's own caddy - which are really nice to keep. DH works close to the store so I send him in periodically now to purchase it by weight (they seal it in a foil pack) & I just decant them into the original caddies.
