Nice but inexpensive stockings

Has anyone spotted any?
Dd (2) doesn’t have one and I would like to get a nice one that can be used every year. But I don’t want to spend much on something that she’s not going to get much out of yet.
Thanks

I got a pretty christmas box from pounland last year which ill be reusing.

I got one from woolovers. It was a patterned one so not quite the same as the ones in the link. Be warned though As it’s massive. Much bigger than I was expecting. Lovely though and very good quality.

Have you seen the alphabet stockings in Matalan? They are a good size and are only £8

girlywhirly · 23/09/2018 11:16

What about a small Christmas sack? It will accommodate a wider variety of shaped and sized gifts better than a stocking, especially as 2yo toys and books tend to be bigger/have more packaging than when they are older. Also they won’t expect it to be full to the brim.

The Works has some nice hessian ones last year with a reindeer on.

I sell nice plush ones for £8 personalised. Could be worth checking out Facebook selling pages etc

livingthegoodlife · 23/09/2018 17:41

Curious 2468 can you post a link? I'm interested in new stockings for my 3 or at least the littlest as she doesn't have her own yet.

Socksandshoes · 23/09/2018 20:17

Thank you so much for so many ideas. I am going to have a look at all of them.
Ooh feeling a bit festive. Is it too early for mulled wine? Wine

Second the Matalan ones. We have those, they are great. Thick stitched and lined and traditional looking and hold lots. i love mine, they remind me of the ones I had when I was little.

OhHolyFuck · 26/09/2018 13:34

@Curious2468 I'd link a link or PM too please Smile

Just incase anyone else is still looking.
I got a really nice one for £2.99 in The Range. They don’t have much online but had loads in store.
