Best two wheeled scooter

My five year old would like a scooter after years of riding his balance then pedal bike....

Any recommendations? Preferably not a micro scooter as he really wants one with two wheels rather than the three they've got....

...and preferably a bit cheaper than a micro scooter too...!

You can get micro scooters with 2 wheels for older children and they are very sturdy. When I purchased I read a lot of reviews that said they are worth the money as the cheaper ones don’t last as long. We did manage to get a voucher code when we got it. someone else may come along that has another brand they can recommend though.

We bought our son a Micro Sprite (foldable two wheeler) last year for his birthday. We opted for it after a good experience if the Mini Micro, and we all love it.

Get either a Xootz or Oxelo Mid 7 if you want a large wheeled scooter. Both have adjustable handlebars and fold.
Zinc Zoomi Kids are great little-wheelers and good value but don't have adjustable handlebars. The Globber Flow is more expensive but might last longer as it does have adjustable handlebars.

Decathlon scooters are very good, we'd only had Micro before but Decathlon are comparable quality and parts available too.

The Microscooters are genuinely wonderful. You can pick them up cheaply second-hand and they last for years.
