Dd is 2 but will be 3 on Christmas Eve.

For her birthday she has:

Shopkins birthday cake playset
Fairy doll
Hatchimals pack and hatchimal matching game
Elc fairy wonderland toadstool and fairies
Fairy glitzi globe kit
Wrapple
Paint your own teaset
Playmobil large stables

For Christmas she has:

Shimmer and shine unicorns x 2
Sand art set
Large pack of washimals
Sylvanian tree house with two families
Shimmer and shine nahal purse
Lumiluv unicorn
My little pony painting set

Loads isn’t it??
Lots of it was off eBay or FB and I’ve worked out I’ve spent £120 on her birthday things and £180 on Christmas things. Which is MORE than enough. Now I need to try and find some more things for ds, he has barely anything because he’s much harder to buy for. Dd I could buy for all day long...

Seems plenty. My dd who's 3 is getting a bike for Christmas and a couple of small things. Kids that age are just happy to open presents I think. Can I ask where you got the shimmer and shine purse from my dd would love that.

It is this one - they do Tala as well. Is that the monkey’s name? I got it off eBay. I have a feeling you can’t get them in the shops now but dd will absolutely love it.

Yes! That's LOADS.

Not to be flippant but she's 3 and she's getting £300 worth of presents for a birthday/Christmas she won't even be able to remember.

HairyToity · 12/09/2018 11:19

Loads. She will be a very happy little girl.

HairyToity · 12/09/2018 11:20

I went over the top at 3 too.

My daughter is 3 on Christmas Eve too! I've started buying things and will just split everything in half I think. This is the first year she really understands and is excited!

bootsandsocks · 12/09/2018 11:28

that is loads of great pressies! she will love it! now get cracking on ds ;) and i am in awe of you getting it all so bloody organised now instead of waiting until november/ december! that’s me, last minute panic buying of extortionate christmas gifts out of the december pay having nothing left all month then waiting until january for my next pay Grin I never learn my lesson.

moredoll · 12/09/2018 13:07

She'll be overwhelmed imo. I'd spread it out.

PhilomenaButterfly · 12/09/2018 13:08

You've spent loads more than me!

Thecomfortador · 12/09/2018 13:09

Yep that sounds lovely. dp and I are planning to buy ds a present each for his dec birthday and same for Christmas. Plus stocking of small tat gifts. We may not quite stick to that but money's tight so can't go too mad. He has lots of relatives to give him presents anyway.

WaitingForSunday17 · 12/09/2018 13:52

We haven’t got any family that buy for our dc so they only get things from us really.

3’d an amazing age to buy for, they get SO excited by branded and non-branded, edible, books, toiletries- it is so hard to not go overboard. Alas dd is 7 so I need to stop going overboard at some age Blush
