Matching doll and girl clothes

My dd would love to have a matching outfit with her Gotz doll. Can anyone recommend a UK supplier? I can only really find US options which I might have to go with. Otherwise I suppose I could sew something but am v much a novice!

No idea about the doll but Cath kidston did some matching dresses for girls and dolls. Also previously bought from m&co (but we are talking nearly 10years ago)

I got dd a dress in Primark and bought the smallest size to cut down into a dolly dress. I also got dd a few larger sizes to grow into and put them away.
My sewing skills wouldn’t stretch to a girl’s dress but I could make a passable attempt at a doll dress.

Duckling there is a v cute doll dress on the CK website designed to fit a rag doll and they have kids sizes too. Does anyone know if the CK dolls dresses would fit a Gotz doll/similar?

FrillyLilly look fab (and I like their dolls clothes), but I'm after real clothes rather than dressing up - which most of the matching sets are.

No help whatsoever but when DD was little she had a Baby Annabel type doll , they had matching velvet stretchy nightdresses .
Can't remember where they were from, I think Tchibo?

Jakoo do some - they are a German company, but deliver to the UK. They are made for their own brand baby doll, not sure if it would be the right size.

The children's clothes are excellent quality (don't know about the doll's clothes) but they are not cheap.

Gotz dolls are about 20 inches tall right? If your DD wears 5-6 years or smaller next do dresses and t-shirts that would fit both for a fiver each. I'm guessing her doll would wear roughly 6-9 months?

Tie dye diva sell PDF patterns with matching child and dolls sizes for various things. The patterns are really easy to follow.

She's too big for matching clothes at next unfortunately. But I'll look up the patterns too.

Years ago I brought a dress in tkmaxx that had a matching dolly dress. It went on our build a bear but was meant for the ag doll size.

Ag doll do lovely matching outfits though but pricey especially if you include the postage. We had cute matching Christmas jammies for ours
