I like to make a day out of seeing santa with the girls. This year DD1 is 10 and I think it could be her last year of believing and DD2 is 8 so prob isn't far behind either.

Anywhere been anywhere fantastic?

We love seeing Santa on the Bluebell Railway in Sussex. You get to meet him on the train and pop into his grotto. There is also a mini vintage funfair at the station.

Brookside Garden Centre has won the ‘Greatest Christmas Grotto’ awards for 4 years in a row alongside the ‘Best Christmas Display Team’ 3 years in a row. brooksidegc-kent.co.uk/grotto/grotto/

We did Bluebell railway few years ago. It was lovely.

I have heard about Brookside before. Is there anything else do there as we like to make a day of it?

Lapland UK is amazing, but very very pricey. We went last year with dcs (7&9), as I thought it might be the last year... but it looks like I have one left after all!
