Just that really!

Thoughts?

I'm toying with the idea, any nice ones spotted? Would probably want silver as opposed to Santa etc. Just arguing with myself as it feels wasteful, but....

I have one that belonged to my in laws, it's lovely. I have yet to use it - one day I will :-).

If I didn't have one I don't think I would go out and buy one especially for Christmas, plain white would suffice. Christmas table cloth and napkins etc are nice.

Do it! I got these lovely Christmas dinner plates from pound land a few years ago, so no need to spend loads. I love getting them out every year. Pound land also had Christmas placemats, napkin holders ect.

I bought a cheap set from Asda- white with red snowflakes. There are only four of us so just enough settings!

We have a Christmas table cloth, and mugs and beer glasses. We also have some Christmas design small plates and dishes which we use for nibbles and suchlike. For crockery we use our Eternal beau china, wedding present 30 years ago

I have a few pieces of Johnson Brothers Victorian Christmas. My mum acquired a couple of plates somehow so now I look on eBay for other bits to add to it. Only pay a few pounds though. Got my eye on the gravyboat but its £20 not sure it's worth it! Ours is only used from Christmas eve. Might copy here and use through December
