I'm not worried this year for DS as he's a sibling, so is number 2 on the priority list. DD wasn't, so it depended on number of siblings and distance last year. We don't find out until April, however.

I can remember those days too, my DD1 got in and then the siblings were the first priority in their school , that was 10 yrs ago so DD2 went automatically. l don't know what the policy is now though but we were very happy with our decision and talking to the DD2 yest she said she loved her school and was very happy there , so we did something right mwhahahaha !
Probably the only thing we did get right in her eyes lol!
Anyway l am just watching the weather and they are saying now that it may all change depending on wind/current/ etc etc so they are covering their behinds lol! As they do .

Got the HR stuff through and signed off as fit for work and protected under the equality act yesterday but still waiting on a firm start date.
