Q for people who’s lo’s got LOL big surprise doll

Really silly questions but has been annoying me all day but think some bits are missing from dd’s Big Surprise LOL doll.
2nd pic-Only seem to have 1 main keychain but not sure which ball this came out of-Big sister,little sister or fizz charm-shouldn’t there be 2 (1 for each lil sis doll)?
1st pic-only have 4 charm clips - shouldn’t there be 5?
3rd pic-although she has 2 halves to a heart so are they meant to go on the same clip?

I have searched the house high and low and was helping dd when she opened it all but wasn’t paying 100% attention and is driving me mad! Any help appreciated!

We had a missing charm clip too. The 1st pic looks like the bit you add to the little sister ball, the big sister balls have a handle. Think the pizza parts are your choice. We have both of them too.

I think you should have a gold and a white keychain? Also i think the hearts go on each of the keychains like friendship charms (so says my 7 year old)

Anyone else feeling sick at how little was actually in it? I should have read the reviews online but she asked on the 23rd and I couldn't find them anywhere to wrote it off, then found a lonely one on a shelf in Smyths on Xmas eve. I was pretty at just how little was in it.

Oh & we had 4 charm clips too by the way

I've never felt so ripped off in my life than when my niece opened hers....

So looks like a lot of people only had 4 of the charm clips rather than 5. Yes I think the keychain comes with the little sister dolls but I don’t seem to have a second white one - just the one gold one so wonder if that was missing too.
And agree - yes it was a lot of £ for a lot of tat but dd was so made up with it and it took up a lot of the lot of the morning and I think she’ll play with it some more over the coming days.

Father Christmas brought a big Lol surprise for my DD. She was so happy to get it. But I got cross as from the big surprise a big and a small sister was missing. Got it from Toys R Us. I couldn't believe I had to write them an email on Christmas Day! I know it's not their fault and luckily my dd is very easy going but now the big sister and the little sister what was in the box is not matching! Of course toys r us hasn't contacted back yet. If there is no email tomorrow then I have to rethink my plans. So annoying!!

You can contact the low company on Facebook - I messaged them yesterday asking if they could provide a white keychain as it was missing but haven’t had a response yet.
