Cool perfume brands for 17 year olds?

Perfume has been requested by 17 year old niece but with no clues about brand! Does anyone have an idea what are the in brands with this age group? I know for clothes she likes urban outfitters if that helps. I could go cheapish and put other things with it or more expensive and that would be the main event. And as you see I have left it to the very last minute (unexpected life events intervened but I'm on christmas now!!). Many thanks for any ideas.

Superdrug have hollister set for 15, or aria a sweet as candy

If you're 17 and you want cool perfume, you buy it yourself or ask for vouchers.

If you want smart and sophisticated you ask your glamour aunt to choose one for you.

Glamorous^

I just bought some perfume for a soon to be 17 year old - I took the advice of the lady in the shop and went for Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau So Fresh. Comes in a cool bottle too.

The Missguided perfume is really popular, and lovely for the price.

Sinistrophobia · 23/12/2017 17:39

Daisy by Marc jacobs?
One of the Michael kors perfumes?
Thierry Mugler alien?

The hollister sets are also good and not expensive but they're a body spray rather than a perfume, so if you get those I'd get other things to go with it Smile

Daisy by Marc Jacobs is lovely.

Perfume tends to be a personal preference. Vouchers for perfume shop or boots would probably be better?

Chanel Chance is marketed at young women, as are the Miss Dior Cherie and all the other flankers. Chloe, Burberry, Abercrombie, Hollister, Juicy Couture, Victoria's Secrets etc all aimed at the under 25 market. Marc Jacobs, Paco Rabanne, Dolce and Gabbana mainly aimed at that age group too.

If she's not a typically pink loving girly girl she probably won't like any of the above though as most of them are very sweet.

Ask what type of perfume she usually wears.

Thank you everyone. I was very tempted by the Marc Jacobs Daisy (esp because the gift set was on special offer at Debenhams)...but instead I played it safe with Hollister and money and I think I made the right choice (she looked pleased and when her mum said 'perfume' which made me think 'posh' I think she actually meant 'body spray' in teen speak). I would love to buy her Daisy or similar in the future tho but it's a lot of money to risk Xmas Smile
