Gift for cold family member

Hello can anyone recommend a gift for a family member who lives in a freezing cold converted barn. They don't have much money or work due to health problems and can't afford to put their heating on. They already own a heated blanket and portable electric heater so any other ideas would be great thanks x

Zippo hand warmer. Lasts far longer than the chemical ones (6 or 12 hour versions)

Refillable with lighter fluid.

Gloves with metallic finger pads for using touch sensitive tech.
Decent hats.

The Japanese and Chinese have a theory that it's really vital to health to keep your kidneys warm, and that if you do, you will be warm all over.
To this effect you can get Japanese kidney warmers, like a snood for your midriff. They are really really effective.
I found them on either Amazon or eBay, not to pricy.

Slow cooker - warming economical meals!

Invite for Xmas dinner.....hamper with lots of nice foodie bits.....big hugs.....money for their heating bills.....plug in electric foot warmer....lots of TLC....whip round with family to help relative out
