Hi I have noticed that there Is no thread for what people have brought their mam for Christmas.

I have brought my mam

Pyjamas
Slippers
Baby Powder Yankee candles
Call The Midwife DVD
Mrs Brown's Boys DVD
Chocolates
Photo Frame
Lindisfarne DVD (she's a massive fan)

Gin (a nice locally made one. Turns out the person who made it went to school with my younger brother).

Will also make her an assortment of crackers and some marinated feta to go alongside.

A magazine subscription.

A Mac eyeshadow palette for her to go and fill up.

A wash bag.

A new purse.

I'll probably get her a goat and a bottle of gin.

(She asks for a charity present before anyone kicks off about it!)

New Hairy bikers cookbook. She loves them and its what she wanted. Will probably get her a couple of other bits too.

A bracelet customised with hers/mine/my sis and my dad birthstones

Next on list is a bottle of Chablis and maybe a jo making perfume

A bottle of chanel Gabrielle perfume.

Ticket to see a musical, a ticket to see Xmas lights at a stately Home, some side plates for a set she's collecting and some chocolates from hotel chocolat.

I've bought her a clinique set, scarf, Bloom and Wild flower subscription and chocs. Got lots of ideas for the women in my life from this thread:

Exactly what she asked for. A lovely set of non scented toiletries with no bath stuff and a hamper of sugar free sweets. She’s really difficult to buy for as she has a lot of health and mobility problems

A hairdryer gift set, purse, handbag, some marzipan chocolates and a couple of books. I find my mum so hard to buy for, and she only really gets presents from us and my brother so i don't want to disappoint her.
