Well strictly speaking DTs aren’t quite teenagers, but they might as well be Smile, and DD1 is 14. What are you buying your teenage daughters for their stockings this year. I’m really behind with all my shopping but really need to get these sorted.

Wilco have some brilliant bits of stationary really cheap which are perfect and you can buy a nail varnish set and split them up between them.

I've only got some sweets, notebook so far, I struggle with stocking fillers to be honest because until I came on Mumsnet I didn't realise buying specific presents for a stocking was the done thing other then chocolate coins and a satsuma, I just use to put some of the smaller presents into the stocking when I was putting all the presents under the tree.

Lovemusic33 · 14/12/2017 09:49

Lip balm (b&m do a pack of 4 or 5 in cool flavours)
Dd1 is getting a giant jar of Nutella
Novelty stationary
Nail files
Blue tac
Chocolate sprouts
Gloves
Purse
Hair brush
Bath bomb

everythingwillbeok will you make me a stocking? Yours sounds fab!

MiddlingMum · 19/12/2017 17:27

Pretty boxes of tissues and large packets of crisps are good at filling up space in stockings if you need to.
