DS wants one but I don’t know much about them.

Looked a bit rubbish when they demonstrated on gadget show. Said it was something that would end up in a draw after new year, but I guess lots do

They are rubbish (being polite) in my experience.

Yup I agree they sound fun but are rubbish and end up in a drawer.

That’s fine. Thanks for your honesty!

DD 2 (13) had one last Christmas. She has enjoyed hers. But she is artistic and quite patient. I don't think it would be so good gir a much younger child.

My DC got one each last Christmas and they still use them. Both became adept very quickly and they've made all sorts of things.

DD 9 made these on her first go of using it. She's made dolls shoes, glasses - all sorts of things. DS has made Pokemon badges, the Eiffel Tower etc etc.
