We have family staying for four days so I will be cooking for 12, ikncluding vegetarians. Does anyone have ideas of good, festive food to make that won't take me hours to prep?

I was thinking:
gammon, baked pots and veg one night
traditional Christmas dinner (obviously) - can anyone suggest vegetarian alternatives??
side of salmon, new potatoes and veg one day
but what about the last day?

And, pudding ideas wanted too please!
Thanks :)

Turkey and ham pie, don't really do puddings but I am considering a Christmas queen of puddings by adding mixed spice to the custard and replacing jam with mincemeat

`Turkey curry and rice.

I am making a mushroom and chestnut Wellington for Christmas lunch for my vegetarian daughter. It is from the Waitrose website. Not cooked it before so no idea if it is any good!

Can’t seem to find them on their website but I went to m&s yesterday and got two amazing looking puddings. A fruit pavlova and a then a chocolate and hazelnut mousse log type thing.
