Science kit that makes edible fizzy drinks? Does this exist anymore?

My partner is a big kid at heart, and a few weeks ago I asked him what his favourite childhood Christmas present was (the past few months I've been talking about Christmas whenever he would let me!). He said this science kit where you made really nice fizzy drinks! So I had the idea I'd try and get him something similar for a bit of nostalgia.

They've probably banned stuff like this, quite rightly so as it may be where his sugar addiction comes from!!!, But in case they haven't has anyone seen anything?

Never heard of a science kit doing it, would a soda stream do instead?

Thank you both! The Krakatoa foam looks good! I think it just had test tubes and things to mix the drinks together, but that soda stream looks interesting!

I remember it OP. Not sure if they do it any more though. I always wanted one.
