What to serve with left over Christmas meats

On Christmas day I'm cooking turkey and gammon.

On Boxing day the other half of the family are turning up. I plan on serving the left over meat as I don't want it to be wasted. What can I serve with it to make it a nice meal?

Make a Boxing Day pie!

My husband's can't eat gluten and I can't bear the stress of GF pastry! That is for the idea though.

Yes, chicken turkey and ham pie.

(Though I am lazy and would serve just the cold meat with fresh bread, chutney, salad etc)

Top the pie with mash instead, like fish pie
