... for your heavily pregnant sister.

I need to come up with two present ideas for my DS who is heavily pregnant. Firstly I need a Christmas present with a budget of around £30 and 30th Birthday present with a budget of around £120 - £150 from me and other family.

My sis is very successful at work, has a lot more money than the rest of the family, can generally buy whatever she wants and has quite expensive taste. She is very generous to the rest of us and when I've asked for ideas on what to get she has sent me a link for a fold away cath kidston shopping bag which ended up being on offer for £5 🙄

Ideally I don't want anything baby related as that's not a present for her.

I'm really struggling, so any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

For the big birthday present, new Mum spa day?
For Christmas make her a hamper of all the stuff she's been banned from eating in her pregnancy and some good hand cream for all that hand-washing that comes with a newborn. Neale's Yard do some lovely new mum products.

Depsnding on how far on she is, maternity tops, or new casual tops for post pregnancy, Hat, gloves and scarf for pram pushing in the cold. Again new mum rather than pregnancy related.

I've got a one-handed flask thing for heavily pregnant SIL. Also had a tip about some non-alcoholic gin at Tesco which is apparently very nice.

Definitely get her the bag. CK have lovely mugs: you could get one that matches?

For £30 i would love to receive a l'occitane gift box. For £120-150 I think spa / beauty salon vouchers

Baby is due 1 week after Christmas and then her birthday is 2 weeks after.

Love the spa day idea but I believe her friends are surprising her with a spa day for her birthday

Would she appreciate something like a Kindle preloaded with her favourite authors etc? That was a present for my 30th when I had a small baby and it was both thoughtful and hugely useful. It was the preloaded bit that was the good bit IYSWIM. The time and thought.

How geographically close are you? Priceless gifts like vouchers for babysitting by lovely auntie? May not be redeemed for a while..,

Otherwise, what would you have got her if not pregnant? Scarf, perfume?

Loopy phone case- for mums on the go

She already has a kindle, which she doesn't use. She used to read loads when she got the train to work but since she begun driving to work she doesn't find the time to read anymore

Audio books?

Jo Malone scented candle for Christmas - surely everyone loves one of those and they are a real treat.

Nice handbag with the £150 - cos do lots of gorgeous ones within that price range. Before I had my baby I treated myself to a beautiful leather soft pink bag which I knew was impractical but it was just for me and I love when I go out without baby I use my lovely pink bag. No nappies in that bag!!!

What would you have bought pre pregnancy? Do u want to get her something she can keep or a nice experience?

Would she like a subscription to something for her maternity leave - flowers, hotel chocolat, magazine. There's pretty much a subscription to everything now!

A piece of jewellery? Maybe a locket or a fingerprint piece with new babies fingerprint.

When I was heavily pregnant I would have liked a nice scarf, food (although risky as most food I loved in pregnancy I couldn't stand the sight of after!) A nice water bottle and travel mug with fancy biscuits 😆

letterbox flower subscription

Does she have a pandora bracelet by any chance? Maybe a charm she can put in there that's meaningful? Or maybe make her up a gift bag with several of her favourite things inside like chocolate, bath stuff, a favourite perfume ect
