We have decided to have a quiet Christmas this year as its ds first Christmas and for various other reasons. Family all have plans. I'm worrying a little bit that it will just be a bit like any other day for us as ds (6mo) is so little and it will only be dp and myself.
Does anyone have any inspiration/tips as to how we can make it special just the three of us? Or any traditions we could make a point of starting for ds first Christmas?
I fully appreciate ds won't have a clue what's going on, so we haven't gone mad with presents but have got him a few toys for under the tree and bought his own personalised stocking which we will fill with stacking blocks this year.
Anyway, I thought I would turn to the wonderful people of mumsnet for some advice. Any given will be greatly appreciated!
