Just a warning as I know hover boards seem to be popular this Christmas. I ordered a hoverboard and kart from above website on the 19 November for DS birthday on 10 December.
They promised 2 day delivery to Ireland. However they sent me an email advising a hug3 backlog. I then received a broken box containing bits of kart but no hoverboard on 30 November.
Despite numerous calls and emails. I have had no response.
First time ordering something via PayPal.
Please tell me it’s easy to get money back as can’t afford another one.

Raise dispute with PayPal. It's really easy. You'll get your money back no problem.

Oh wow yes do open a dispute with PayPal and you'll get your money back. Bummer.

I feel like such a fool.
I ordered from hoverboards-ireland and realised a short while later that they are not Irish, or even European and their items were not genuine segways. I called Paypal and eventually was able to cancel item and get a refund, via Paypal. Then, I stupidly did the same thing again but with this company: Swegwayhoverboards.co.uk. I thought because they had a real office in the UK, had a registered company number 10475331 and a phone number, web chat etc. they must be real.
Wrong. I didn't check independent reviews like Mumset or sitejammer. In fairness, I did try trust pilot and got nothing. That in itself should have rung alarm bells.
Moral: if you cannot speak to a real person, if you cannot see independent verified reviews, if you cannot get a reply from a retailer, when you are spending hundred of euro with them, DON'T.
