Looking for inspiration please for an Xmas present for my (nearly) three year old niece. When we asked Dad for ideas he said she likes purple and is presently learning the alphabet, but these aren't a specific stipulation. Any ideas welcome. Cost approx £12-17.

Marble run.
She would need to be supervised for a while and would probably need a hand to build it etc.
I'm a preschool nursery manager and it is by far THE most played with toy we have.

I'd get her a tub of foam bath letters and another couple of bath toys such as Crazy Foam Soap, Gelli Baff or bath crayons.
