I ordered some leggings off eBay and was informed they were dispatched last Monday. In the listing it says the leggings are being dispatched from the UK and the courier will take 3-5 Days. I emailed the seller yesterday to ask where they were. They have replied overnight telling me that customs can delay delivery. If they are coming through customs then they can’t be coming from somewhere in the UK. I’m really annoyed about this as I’ve no idea if they will arrive in time for Christmas and their listing is not truthful. Is there anything I can do about it?
