Hi, Please can someone help me? I have driven myself crazy looking at all the various options and now I'm confused. I want to buy a scooter for my self and my husband to share. We plan to scoot with the kids. So which one would you recommend please?

I don't know, but OMG that sounds fun!! I am just a massive overgrown kid myself. Can I join you?

(Depending on the age of the kids though, that's could be seriously embarrassing for them!) Under 8 you should get away with it!

Sure, I originally thought I wanted one with smaller wheels. But DH says bigger wheels make more sense. I can't decide if I should get the classic, the flex deluxe or the deluxe. Argh! Why do they have so many types?
Plus the cost! If the deluxe worth it at £250? Or should I just get little micro speed that is currently on sale. But the wheels aren't big. :(

Oh the kids will love it. I am currently slowing them down!

I have the microscooter flex deluxe its great and the bigger wheels are definately the best to get. Not too heavy and folds up also. They did have a 20 % offer a week ago maybe its still on . I love my scooter!

The folding Oxelo ones from Decathlon (with the handbrake) are really good and not too expensive.

MrsMogginsMinge · 28/11/2017 14:40

Agree big wheels!

JellyBellies · 28/11/2017 14:41

Ooh thanks Laska. I saw the flex deluxe, it is one of heavier ones though which is what made be hesitate. Unfortunately the offers have gone :( the were there last night and I thought they would continue to to day but they have gone :(

Get one with air filled tyres. It's a far smoother ride :)

JellyBellies · 28/11/2017 15:07

Which air filled one would you recommend?

I don't know. I was going to recommend my Hudora but the reviews on Amazon aren't great now and it seems spare parts are virtually impossible to get as the company is German.

JellyBellies · 28/11/2017 15:55

Aw, that's a shame. Any other recommendations? I am still learning towards a microscooter but happy to be convinced otherwise :)

OK, good news. I have spoken to customer services and they will honour the 20% off for today, yay! This means I can choose a microscooter. The lady in the online chat recommended the flex deluxe as well.
