Gift for my nephew

Hello.
I'm wondering if you could give me a few ideas. I'm looking at buying a Christmas gift for my new nephew. He's 3/4 months old and I don't know what to buy him. I'm on a budget and I cannot get into shops as I'm in a care home and would have to shop online. Can you please give me suggestions of what would be suitable and where I could buy it online.

My DNephew will be 4 months old at Christmas. We've got him a Beatrix Potter tales book and a Peter Rabbit rattle.

Definitely books! They will last for years and years. I second each peach pear plumb. A bath toy is also a nice idea, as he will be having a lot of baths. At that age they still don’t play on their own so something like a toy their parents will also play with is good.

My DC started chewing on the cute animal toys as babies then as they got older had a ton of play value out of the whole set. It's beautiful quality and lasted for years.
