Gift ideas for my team at work?

I have 4 staff working for me and I like to buy them a small gift at Christmas. Don't want to do the usual wine but not sure what to buy.

They are all women and budget would be between £5- £10 but want it to be 'special'.

Lovely Christmas decoration. Places like paperchase have 3'for 2. Or wax seal stamp with their initial and sealing wax. Around a fiver on Amazon
