Agh! Have I left it too late to make Christmas chutney?!

Help!
Never done homemade anything before and decided this was my year. Bought my jam jars and decided on labels but never actually got round to making anything... whoops.
Am I too late to make chutney next week to give at Xmas? I’d like to have given something which could have been eaten around the festive season but if I’m scuppered I’ll have to give with a note saying leave til summer!
Any good chutney recipes which don’t need months to mature?

Mary Berry's Christmas chutney is delicious and tastes great immediately - it doesn't really change over time. I've eaten it a day after I made it and a year after, and it just tasted the same.

Hope you like it! It's very easy to make, and looks much nicer in the jar than some other chutneys. Happy preserving Smile
