Has anyone got a good dairy free pudding recipe for Christmas (not Christmas pudding)

I've got someone who is allergic to cows milk but always gets overlooked at social occasions so I'd like to spoil her.

This is a super easy Jamie Oliver dairy free chocolate mousse.it takes about 15 minutes to make.

150 g dairy free dark chocolate plus some extra for decorating. Holland and Barrett sell dairy free chocolate.
2 ripe avocados
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 teaspoons of vanilla bean paste
3 tablespoons maple syrup
160 g coconut cream
Method
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water.
Half and stone the avocados. Scoop out the flesh and put in a food processor. Discard skin
Add all the ingredients to the avocado (except chocolate) and blend together in the processor until mixture is smooth.
Scrape sides of the processor and then pour in the chocolate. Blend until mixture is creamy .
Put in one large bowl or six small dishes.
Decorate with grated chocolate abd some fruit or decorate for Christmas. Leave in fridge until you serve.

Thank you! That's what I'll do. Great idea.
