Indoor Wendy house/play tent for two year old

Hi everybody,

Any recommendations for a play tent/Wendy house? I’ve been out into all the local toy shops but they don’t have our to look out. My almost 2 year old has just started to really get into pretend play and loves to hide so I though it would be a good idea. Thanks for any suggestions.

Oh, and any suggestions for a play till/cash register? Thanks again.

I’ve got a teepee from hobbycraft for DDs 2nd bday in Jan. It is just plain but the idea is to decorate it yourself- seemed like a good idea at the time although I’ve not even thought what I’ll do with it yet. It was only about £30

We’ve already got a Wooden house outside but I thought this might be nice in her room

Hobbycraft have this canvas house too but it’s OOS

We bought a great one from Tesco a few years ago I would recommend it if you can get it reduced a bit. Something cottage I think it was called

Not a house but in terms of quality you won’t get better than the ikea play tents for about £20. We have the circus one - my 4.5yo had it for her 1st birthday, no signs of wear at all.

I have heard good things about the elc cash register, but don’t have one myself

Bazoongi make a range of very imaginative, good quality and good value indoor play tents. You can't go wrong. Argos sell several of them.

Hobby craft have their card ones for £6 in Black Friday deals- there's a range of 'stuff'- we have igloo. It's really sturdy and would last a good few months. I'd be tempted to buy a couple of different ones (shop, house, rocket), play until done, the. Build new one.

Some great ideas thank you. Definitely want a ‘real’ house with windows and doors he can peep out of! The ones the you colour in and the cardboard ones look great!

Sassenach85 That’s lovely, but more than I wanted to pay though! Looks very good quality and love all the extras!
