DD (14) is recent pescatarian so can't have turkey this year. The rest of us want turkey (not to mention sausage wrapped in bacon). She is happy to have fish alongside the usual Christmas veg. I am thinking of an individual salmon en croute made to look like a wrapped parcel, so it looks a bit christmassy. She is a bit of a foodie so any other fish suggestions (for 1) that are a bit more interesting with a chrismassy feel and that wont clash horribly with roasties, carrots, parsnips and sprouts would be appreciated.

I have also suggested vegetarian options like nut roast but she has expressed preference for fish.

Maybe an individual version of this

Knittedbreasts that’s what I was going to suggest too! Delush. Or monkfish as that’s nice and meaty and could probably take the heavier sides. You could do prawns wrapped in slices of smoked salmon as ‘fish in blankets’ instead of the pigs!
