...what would they most like for Christmas, or what is their most treasured possession? Buying for a relative, but I have no clue. Budget up to £30ish. Happy to buy a few smaller bits to make a goody bag.

This would be another safe bet here or even the individual Raichu gx card like here

He also likes the figure packs you can get in toy stores - Ash Greninja is his current favourite, and he is mad on the cards now too. The EX or GX box sets make good presents, we've also got him a collectors tin and this pokemon colouring book for christmas:

Clothing, bedding or plush toys would also go down well. The build a bear ones are pricey but very nice.
