What would you buy for a six year old girl - budget around £30?

Not really sure what she is into these days. She has always liked creative stuff. If you have a little girl this age, what does she like to play with?

Budget could go up to £40 if necessary!

shopkins x

Brokenbiscuit · 19/11/2017 11:22

Thank you, I have seen these, but not really sure what they are as they didn't exist when dd was younger. Is there a particular set that you would recommend as a starting point, or does it not matter?

Num noms lip gloss maker? Play doh set like the cupcake oven thing?

A lot of it is plastic rubbish IMO but DD loves it Hmm

Bumbumtaloo · 19/11/2017 11:32

My dd will be 6 in April. The things she loves are; little live pets, fingerlings, bush babies, nom nums lip gloss or nail varnish, dolls, doll accessories.

I could go on, her list is endless!

have you a Casa art shop nearby? They do art school type stuff but also kids arts and crafts kits.

Bumbumtaloo · 19/11/2017 11:33

Ugh sorry pressed send to soon!

She would love all of the stuff other posters have put too!

Mine likes LOL dolls, something like the fizz surprise maker would go down well, or the zoomer show pony is £43.99 at Amazon currently- usually £75ish so if this is in budget then is definitely reccomend!

There was a post about shopkins recently and by far the majority of moms said that the Ice-Cream Van kit was one of the most played with sets!

Brokenbiscuit · 19/11/2017 11:48

Ooh, lots of ideas, thank you. Will check these out!

Any of the slime making sets are very popular

Cornishblues · 19/11/2017 14:10

With a £30 budget I’d get a Lego friends set.

Isadora2007 · 19/11/2017 14:14

I’d buy an usborne learn to draw book and some quality felt pens and card/drawing book and a lovely art case to keep it all in.
Plus glue stick, coloured paper etc if money left over.

Or maybe a make your own bird house or stained glass set.

Not shopkins.

Justguessing · 19/11/2017 14:15

My dd has asked for a gel-a-peel set, lego friends and an our generation doll. She would also love any of above though.

SingingSeuss · 19/11/2017 14:18

Impostress99 · 19/11/2017 22:28
