Or full of salt. Can have small quantities but not full-on ingredients, so no crisps, brownies, mince pies.
So far I have thought of:

fudge
spiced biscuits
Turkish delight

Inspire me please!

Festively-shaped crumpets.

NB I like crumpets a lot.

TheSpottedZebra · 19/11/2017 09:17

Cheesy pastry things too, but they'd be tipping into the saltiness.

Ive just ordered some hand made artisan pork pies from a north norfolk company to be delivered to my sister before christmas. They will deliver both cooked and uncooked (frozen) so you can home cook and eat freshly baked. They look fab.

Slartybartfast · 19/11/2017 13:32

CarrotVan · 19/11/2017 14:37

Jars of fruit in booze

ChippyMinton · 19/11/2017 15:32

Thanks all, some fab ideas. Fruit in booze is genius! And the meringue recipe. Will look at hampers too.

It's easy to forget all the other choices when faced with a festive aisle of Quality Street and mince pies Xmas Confused
