He has everything he needs. He loves Lego but he will get that from other people. He is very imaginative. I’d like to get some good board games or an unusual toy or game that doesn’t cost the earth

DS is 5.6 and also very imaginative.
He quite likes dressing up especially knights and superheroes.
He plays with Lego but prefers playing with the built up toys to building it himself. Playmobil is a hit, also play doh and kinetic sand.
Games - he likes orchard toys games, guess who, kerplunk, junior cluedo.
He loves Usbourne look inside books with flaps and he loves history. A good present would be a small playmobil history set and matching Usbourne book?

Sorry

Mine got Battleships for his 6th birthday and a Magic set, both used a lot. He is getting UNO and a Rubik’s cube in his stocking this year. He loves getting stationery and notebooks for writing stories in, and has recently got into building K’nex models and making designs out of Hama beads and was really pleased to get both of those previously.

We have a games compendium with chess, draughty, snakes and ladders and loads of other stuff. My 6 year old loves it.
He also really loves Junior Monopoly.

Yes Junior Monopoly a hit here too, doesn’t take ages

Buy him a little instrument such as a kiddie guitar or piano keyboard.

The slime making sets are very popular with both boys and girls

My 6yo recently played with someone else's IQ XOXO and enjoyed it so much I've ordered it for Christmas.

A decent wee ukulele and a book and cd for how to learn?

Minecraft Lego building set (£70 ish though) is creative.

Mini skateboard set (tech deck is a decent brand)
