Anybody have any suggestions? She's very booky. Doesn't do make up or jewellery. I'm stuck for ideas.

Bomb Cosmetics do a advent calendar with mini soaps and bath bombs in it. went down a storm with my book worn DD last year. I got mine from Amazon.

TeaBelle · 15/11/2017 08:28

Make your own with activities each day or baking/ shopping for foodbank etc

numbmum83 · 15/11/2017 08:29

I got a make up calendar from body care for £9.99 for my 10 yr old this year . A lot of shops are doing them but I found this one pretty funky compared to some .

ProfessorCat · 15/11/2017 08:31

Smiggle do a stationery one. There are lots of tea light ones too.

Branleuse · 15/11/2017 08:32

Wilkinsons do a makeup beauty one for about a fiver if shes into that.
Or asda do a cheese one

ProfessorCat · 15/11/2017 08:37

"Doesn't do make up"

A bit over your budget at £28 but what about this one?

Paperchase have an eraser one

MistyMeena · 15/11/2017 08:45

The Book People also have an eraser one, about £8 I think

KennDodd · 15/11/2017 10:06

Thank you everybody! I was so struggling for ideas.

Her sister really wants a Match Attax advent calendar, it's about £20. I can't get her that without getting the others something similar. Boy is easy, Lego. Older girl, I just didn't know what to get.

There's a Charm bracelet advent calendar here.

PandasRock · 15/11/2017 11:12

The Tinc one was fabulous last year, but it's a bit over your budget.

Any good deals at The Book People for books for her, and make your own? You can usually get a fair few books for £20ish over there, and you could intersperse with eg hot chocolate sachets or similar to eke out?

PandasRock · 15/11/2017 11:15

Thanks for the photo puzzle link, molifly

I'm sorted for advent calendars this year, but there are a couple of products on there my dd1 would love.

whimsical1975 · 15/11/2017 11:23

I know you said she doesn't wear jewellery but does that include earrings? Does she have pierced ears? If so this is quite fun...

clarkyclarkson · 15/11/2017 11:36

What about Zoellas advent calendar? A tiny bit over at £50 but it’s 12 days of absolutely quality gifts and not at all overpriced in regards to what you receive?

SuperLoudPoppingAction · 15/11/2017 11:38

Sarcastic h8r. Zoella will be sad. Anyone who knows her will understand it's a wonderful opportunity to confetti the crap out of a home.

NapQueen · 15/11/2017 11:39

A tiny bit over at £50 you understand the word tiny yes? Its two and a half times the OPs budget.

BertieBotts · 15/11/2017 11:42

What about getting one of the adult colouring books and a set of 24 really nice pens or pencil crayons? If you can be arsed wrapping individual pencils anyway Grin

GriefLeavesItsMark · 15/11/2017 11:43

But the good news is it is now only £25.

Twice the value it was before.

glitterbiscuits · 15/11/2017 11:44

Don’t tell me she’s too old for a Lego Friends calendar?

I want one!

viques · 15/11/2017 11:50

clarky

Now that is the sort of poking with a stick sarky behaviour that gets a person put on Santas naughty list.

And you know it.

In a just world your punishment would be to have your eyes stapled open for 24 hours and be forced to watch Zoella in action.........

snowmanshoes · 15/11/2017 12:31

I can second the bomb cosmetics one. Mydd had it last year and loved it. I'm pretty sure Avon have an earring one but can't remember the price.

BeaLola · 16/11/2017 02:09

Kiki k have a stationery one - VIP20 gets you discount before Sunday. But unless you're near a store there P&P.
