When do London stores and streets get their Xmas lights?

Thinking of going up Sunday to have a mooch we went to liberty on Xmas eve and were horrified to find their windows covered we missed them all Xmas eve.

The ones on Tottenham court road are up and get switched on this week, I imagine same for oxford street etc.

Great link, surprised trafalgar square takes so long.
I don't suppose anyone knows when shops get their displays up, in particular fortnums and liberty..

It's been Christmas at Oxford St and Regent St since last week.
