Mine were nearly 6 and nearly 7.5. we went for the day - would have loved to stay longer.

It was amazing and mine still talk about it now, 13 yrs on. Smile

Age 6 (nearly 7) on a day trip - enough stamina to last the whole day without needing a rest apart from at lunch

Minimum 4 I'd say. We did 4 and 6 which was perfect!

I took my two last year at 5 and nearly 4. We had an amazing time, but I think it would have been even better a year or two later.

We took the DGC last year on a day trip. DGD was 4 years 3 months and her brother was 6years 3 months . They both coped very well . But the staff said that that any smaller children had trouble coping when it was very cold .

We’re going next year (I’ve just booked!!) and ds will be 6 on the day we fly home, dd will be 8.5. I’m beyond excited. We’re going for four days.

To appreciate the magic, up to 9-10 years. Any later than that is still good but more as a holiday break than magic.
I'd say the optimum age is 7-9.

Thankyou everyone for your replies they are much appreciated!

I've been wondering wether to take my son when he is aged either nearly 6 or nearly 7 as I think we are only able to go once, so want to get the age right Smile

@WreckTangled, who've you booked with for next year?

WreckTangled · 08/11/2017 20:15

@NoWordForFluffy I booked with transun via Santa Claus trips. Cheapest I could find BlushGrin they’re really helpful.

NoWordForFluffy · 08/11/2017 20:17
