'Something' to go with TV for boys' room?

So we've got the DSs (10+11) a TV for their room for Christmas. Itbhas an built in DVD player and an HDMI port. I was thinking of something like a chromecast/fire stick/now TV thing to go with it. Budget is £30-40, they want a console but will be saving for that themselves. TV won't be on sky or anything, in fact I would rather not have to wire it in to aerial or whatever at all.

Can someone more clued up please suggest what I can get? Thanks.

Chromecast is great. They can use their phones/ipads to 'cast' bbciplayer etc to the TV. The other two options both cost per month, I think?

We have a Chromecast is our playroom. TV not connected to anything else. We use it rarely to cast cbeebies or the odd film.

Definitely don't want a monthly subscription. Though I'm already a prime member so a fire stick presumably would work with that?

Get a fire stick and instal kodie on it. Free tv programmes and movies.

Or net flix.

Beanbags or chill seats of some sort?

Second fire stick with kody. DD got smart tv last year and still hasn't got an Aries!
