I've just bought a manual ice crusher and muddler for making mojitos - What about a herb like a mint plant?

The Fever Tree book is called the Art of Mixing and is hardback for £15 in Waterstones BUT it was either £5 or £5.99 on Book People - I have bought it for myself !

Under equipment they also suggest a tea strainer - £2 in tiger ! I'm. It even going to look on the website suggested upthread as I will be spending .....
