Ok I am a bit out of the loop with these, what age are they suitable for

I’m not sure what age they are specifically aimed at. I’ve bought it for a 5 1/2 year old who loves watching other kids open toys on you tube kids.
I hope she enjoys it.

On the packaging it says age 6-10. I’ve bought one for my 8 year old because it was one of the main things on her list.

what are they?

I've googled it and i can't see what's supposed to be in it?

It's half a sphere with layers of 'surprises' comprised of stickers, tiny doll accessories, bath bombs containing doll accessories and finally a LOL tot/baby doll.

The smaller balls are bath bombs w/accessories, the slightly bigger are the LOL little sister dolls and the next size are the big sister dolls.

Dd is 10, but a young 10 and still loves playing with dolls. Would this be suitable for her?

Yes, most likely. They seem to be popular with many girls whatever their tastes.
